A comprehensive package of information is provided, including projected costs for the complete site and a summary of costs by house type. Detailed 2D floor plans plus 3D perspectives of the kitchen designs, visualised using the latest CAD technology. Photo quality 3D CAD designs are available.

A Regency surveyor provides an on-site support service throughout the project.

A pre-start site meeting enables all parties to agree the project’s objectives. From the onset the Regency surveyor is an integral part of the overall project and is committed to achieving a successful completion.

Plot-by-plot survey

Detailed plot surveys guarantee accurate kitchen installation

This process delivers customised kitchens for each site.

The surveyor will produce a detailed and accurate kitchen plan. This will include checking wall dimensions and service positions and ensures that the kitchen production schedule corresponds with the house build programme.

Delivery

Flexible delivery schedules available

Specified delivery dates and same day delivery and installation are available on request.

Prior to delivery all products are checked against the orders and then carefully loaded, using conveyor belts to minimise handling. Orders are transported to site using Regency owned vehicles ensuring Regency maintains full control of the delivery process.
